PAYMENT

We accept cash (US Dollars) and all major credit cards at the store and over the telephone.

SHIPPING

We ship all items via FedEx within 1 to 3 business days of the order date. Of course, custom made or special orders may take longer, but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.  Our experience is that orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States typically arrive within 2 to 5 days of ship date.

RETURNS

We love our ceramics and hope you do too, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason to return or exchange an item.  In general, most items purchased in our gallery may be returned for store credit if returned within 14 days of your purchase.  

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please telephone or email us immediately so that we can assist you.

TRACKING INFORMATION

From the day your order ships, a tracking link is available upon request so you can chart its progress from us to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship to street addresses in the United States only.  

TAXES

We’re located in Ruidoso, New Mexico, and we’re required to collect State, County and Village sales taxes from our customers. The prices displayed in our gallery exclude sales taxes. A combined sales tax of 8.4375% will be calculated and added to your order total when you check out.

GIFT CARDS + BRIDAL REGISTRY

To purchase a Gift Card or register products for a Bridal Registry, please stop by the store. Gift Cards are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
